Note that some of the assignments have changed, particularly as it relates to the 30-ft RTS buses. Some 30 ft buses were transferred from NJT/Newton Av to CUSA/Community Transportation in exchange for some 40-ft buses. Some 30 ft buses were subsequently sent by CUSA/Community to other non-NJT carriers since the start of the year. A detailed, and more current roster will be posted elsewhere. This listing is designed to give a general idea of the status of buses at the start of 2001.
Some buses leased to Coach USA comapnies by NJ Transit may have a fifth digit added to the NJT coach number (ie. NJT #1065 is numbered in the CUSA system as #31065), keeping in line with the Coach USA national numbering system.
